Terms of service

Last updated October 24, 2026

The rules for uploading, sharing and earning on FyleUP. In short: upload only what you have the right to share, never fake views, and you are paid for real views in the app.

Template text. A qualified lawyer must review this page, and fill in the highlighted details, before the service launches.

1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and FyleUP (“FyleUP”, “we”, “us”), [company registration details], with its registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 20934, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. They apply when you use our website, the publisher dashboard and the FyleUP app (together, the “service”).

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our content policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create a publisher account and earn. Viewers may use the app if they meet the minimum age for digital services in their country.

2.Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. Keep your password secret, turn on two-step verification if you can, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person or organisation may hold one publisher account. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or shared, and you may not create accounts to get around a suspension or a limit.

3.Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm that you own it or have every right and permission needed to upload and share it, including the consent of anyone who appears in it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, scan, convert (for example into streaming versions and thumbnails), and show or play your content to the people you share it with, only as needed to run, secure and improve the service. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that remain for a short time in backups.

We may review, restrict or remove content and links that break these terms, our content policy or the law, and we may keep records when the law requires it.

4.What is not allowed

The content policy lists what may not be uploaded. In addition, you may not:

  • create, buy or encourage fake or automated views, or views in exchange for payment or rewards;
  • view your own content to earn, or ask friends to open your links over and over;
  • interfere with the app, its protections or our systems, or try to get files out of them;
  • copy, scrape or resell the service, or use it to send spam;
  • use the service in breach of any law or anyone else’s rights.

5.Links open only in the app

Content shared through FyleUP plays or opens only in the official app. A link opened in a browser shows a page that leads to the app; it never provides the file itself. The app checks that it is genuine and running on a real device before it receives content. You agree not to offer your content on FyleUP links in any other way, and not to help anyone get around these protections.

6.Earnings

You earn for valid views of your content. A view is valid when it happens in the app, meets the watch or reading time we set, and passes our checks for fraud and invalid activity. We decide whether a view is valid using automated systems and, where needed, manual review.

Earnings are calculated per 1,000 valid views at the rate (CPM) for the viewer’s country on the payout rates page, multiplied by your revenue share. We may change rates and the revenue share; changes apply only to views made after the change.

New earnings are pending for a hold period before they become available to withdraw. We may withhold or reverse earnings, including earnings already available, that came from invalid activity, from content that breaks our rules, or from a mistake on our part. Estimates and examples on our website, including the calculator, are illustrations, not promises of income.

7.Withdrawals and payments

You can ask to withdraw your available balance through the payout methods we offer, such as PayPal, bank transfer, Airtm or UPI. Withdrawals have a minimum amount, $5.00 by default and higher for some methods, and may carry a fee. Both are shown before you confirm a request.

We review withdrawal requests and may ask you to confirm your identity or payment details first. Payments are made in US dollars or converted by the payment provider, whose fees and exchange rates may apply. Make sure your payment details are correct: a payment sent to details you gave us counts as paid.

You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and for keeping the records your tax authority asks for. We may collect tax information or withhold amounts where the law requires it.

8.Referrals

If you invite other creators with your referral link, you may earn a commission on their earnings while the referral programme is running, under the terms shown in your dashboard at the time they sign up. Commissions are paid by us and never reduce what the referred creator earns. Referrals of yourself, of accounts you control, or made with misleading promises do not qualify, and their commissions may be reversed.

10.Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Withdraw your available balance first: balances below the minimum withdrawal cannot be paid out.

We may suspend or close your account, limit features or withhold payment if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if your account puts viewers, other creators or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable and lawful we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Earnings from invalid activity or from content that breaks our rules are not paid.

11.Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the service running and your files safe, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that you will earn any amount. Keep your own copies of anything you upload.

12.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount we paid you in the 12 months before the claim and [amount agreed with counsel]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13.Responsibility for your content

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or the way you used the service in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.

14.Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service and these terms. If a change to the terms affects you significantly, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

15.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [venue], unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.
